Bob's Blackened (A.K.A Spice Merchant Blackened)
At the Spice Merchant we have years of experience traveling to over 100 countries in search of the perfect spices. Our personal creation is one that many have referred to as our signature blend. It's sweet, spicy, salty and contains a balance of herbs that add to the complexity of this spice.
The name “Blackened” refers to the fact that this spice will melt down and caramelize in heat sticking to meats and vegetables making it great for BBQ. This spice also happens to be one of our most versatile spices and I recommend experimenting with it in your own. Our favorites are on Baked Salmon, White wine sauce tortellini and stir-fries.
Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Thyme, Oregano, Cayenne, Black Pepper, Paprika, Garlic, Bouillon Powder, Coconut Sugar
