Cooking with Rose petals is one of our favorite ingredients to use. Common throughout the Middle East and North Africa, Rose Petals are used in everything from desserts to curries. Although uncommon in Canada you might have tried Rose Petal in dishes like Baklava, Rice Pudding or if you have ever been to a Persian restaurant you would have seen it I many of the dishes! Add some Rose Petal to your next meal for color and its subtle delicious flavor.
