Explore the Flavors of the World

In many Nordic recipes, you will find Juniper Berries, but outside the Nordic world, they are much more uncommon in food. In Gin, however, almost every brand uses Juniper Berries, which for many this spice will remind them of. Their taste is quite piney and strong and good for red meats. We mix it with several other Nordic herbs to create our Icelandic spice which is great for cured meats and seasoning fish!
