Indonesian Korintje Cinnamon is the more commonly used cinnamon here in North America. Grown in different regions of Indonesia, but more than often from the island of Sumatra. This Cinnamon lacks the strength of Cassia, but because of its more subtle flavors is much more suitable in many recipes that call for Cinnamon.
