Our Yakima Applewood Smoked Salt is slowly smoked in Japan using Yakima Applewood. This fruit wood goes perfectly on chicken, duck and to be honest, just about everything. We love using it in Japanese inspired dishes, or marinades on meats. If you use in a soup or stew the fruity smoked will carry long into the dish.
