White Turmeric

 This ancient species of Turmeric, also referred to as Amba Haldi in India or Kunyit Putih in Bali, comes from the Zedoary plant and is naturally absent of its typical fluorescent colouring but still provides all the benefits of its yellow counterpart. Used in the Balinese longevity drink Jamu, White Turmeric is also used in curries, pastes and many other dishes throughout Asia. 
 
White Turmeric has anti-microbial, anti-fungal, natural anti-allergen, helps relieve digestive issues and gastric ulcers properties, White Turmeric is also a powerful antioxidant that stimulates red blood cell production.
