Our West African Suya Spice came from a recent trip to Ghana. The streets wafting with BBQ smoke scented with this amazing peanut based spice. We kept the recipe true to its name using Maggi cubes imported from Nigeria and Ghana spices like Grains of Selim and Grains of Paradise.
This is one of our absolutely favourite BBQ spices. Great on chicken, beef kebab, pork chops, fish and for the vegetarians it makes a mean BBQ Cauliflower.
