We use Grade "A" Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans, Organic Blue Agave Nectar, and our very own Vanilla Extract in which we also make. We guarantee this is the most potent, high quality paste available on the spice market! Our vanilla is ethically harvested from a family farm in Madagascar. We work with the farmers directly to ensure that the vanilla is single origin, top grade and the farmer is fairly compensated to ensure the preservation of this disappearing spice.
