Torch Ginger

Torch ginger is a beautiful tropical plant known for its large, vibrant, torch-like flower that spikes in red, pink, or white, used ornamentally and culinarily uses in Southeast Asian cuisine for its unique floral, gingery flavor, adding zest to salads, curries, sambals and soups. Torch Ginger is an edible perennial in the ginger family, thriving in warm, moist, tropical conditions but manageable in pots elsewhere. Our Torch Ginger comes from Bali where it is commonly used on fiery sambals.
