Greek Island Thyme

Our Greek Island Thyme grows in the foothills South of Chania on the island of Crete, Greece. This region is renowned for its quality of Greek Herbs, and we can tell you that this is the best Thyme we have ever had!
 
Sipping thyme tea in the high Atlas Mountains of Morocco made me fall in love with this herb. It's delicate, fresh and reminisces a lush mountain valley. It's common throughout North African and Mediterranean cuisine to use Thyme, but more and more are discovering how wonderful it is to use in almost all types of cooking especially during thanksgiving. Whenever I cook fish or Moroccan Tagine, I include this spice. Oh, and don’t forget to try Thyme Tea!
