Thai Green Curry
The Thai craze sweeping across North America and its no wonder why Thai Food is incredible. One of the most popular Thai dishes here and in Thailand is Thai Green Curry. Thai Green Curry originates from Northern Thailand, Chiang Mai province to be exact. This is rice country but other than being rice connoisseurs they are lovers of herbs and spice. In the North fresh herbs are favored over more Indian style spices like in the South.
Our Thai Green Curry Spice is quite rare as most Green Curry Spice comes in a paste. I wanted to create a spice that holds all the flavors of Thai Green Curry but is dried and can be used on multiple types of food other than just Green Curry. Behold!
Our Thai Green Curry has all the ingredients found in the Thai Green Paste but has added Coconut Cream so you can use it as a rub on meats, salad enhancer and of course to make Thai Green Curry. Experiment with this unique blend of Northern Thai Herbs and Spices.
