Our Greek nettle has a grassy flavor with a peppery zing making it a perfect addition to teas. With multiple properties beleived to improve the human body, it is no surprise that this herb has been used since the Bronze age. 
 
 
NEVER EAT RAW NETTLE - Always steep in boiling water or cook as raw nettle has hairy barbs that cause irritation to the skin when consumed or handled raw.
