Our Greek nettle has a grassy flavor with a peppery zing making it a perfect addition to teas. With multiple properties believedto improve the human body, it is no surprise that this herb has been used since the Bronze age. 
 
 
NEVER EAT RAW NETTLE - Always steep in boiling water or cook as raw nettle has hairy barbs that cause irritation to the skin when consumed or handled raw.
