Our long wild rice is certified organic and harvested in Saskatchewan, Canada. Cooks in approximately 45-60 minutes. Used by Indigenous Canadian Tribes for centuries for its healthy and delcious flavour! It has about 40% more nutrients than brown rice! pairs well with poultry, wild game, but our favourite is fried with turnips and parnips with a wild berry sauce!
