New York Steak Spice

This is our new favourite steak spice! Inspired from a Jewish Deli we visited on our recent visit to New York, this classic steak spice is perfect for all cuts of meat! It's a blend of smoky hickory, crunchy Maldon salt and herbs/spices. Don't stop with just steak however, this blend can be used on salads, smoking meats and other unique creations!
 
Ingredients: Maldon Salt, Peppercorn, Garlic, Onion, Coriander, Thyme, Red Pepper, Hickory Powder
