Memphis is well known for its BBQ and when it comes to ribs they win the award for best in America in our opinion. This is a classic pork rub used throughout Tennessee and its secret recipe was born right in Memphis city from an award winning BBQ competition.
 
Ingredients: Paprika, brown sugar, salt, chili powder, garlic, onion, cumin, black pepper, cayenne.
