Marjoram - Greek
Very closely related to Oregano, but with a milder flavor is Marjoram. It's used to season fish and poultry in Western Europe, but many don’t know that it has been used for its medicinal qualities in Iran for hundreds of years. In Iran, you will fond Marjoram in the food and tea for this! We use Marjoram in many of our herbal blends to add color and flavor.
