Inspired by "Kat'z Deli" in the Lower East Side of New York, we recreated the pastrami spice they use after our last visit to the Big Apple! This delicous, savoury and peppery blend is perfect for smoking meats, pastrami, BBQ chicken and marinading vegetarian recipes! It's even perfect to sprinkle on a steak.
