Our premium Japanese Soy Salt is made from Canadian harvested sea salt off the coast of Vancouver Island and Japanese artisenal shoyu which has been aged in cedar barrels for three years. we combine the two and let them age together for three weeks, stirring the salt every day to ensure it's quality.

 

The salt is crunchy, flakey and packs an extreme soy punch with undertones of rich Umami. This is a Japanese delicacy that all who love the island nations cuisine should experience!
