Jaffna Curry (Madras Curry)

Jaffna is located in the northern corner of Sri Lanka. This region is famed for spicy food and delicious curries. This is our "Madras" curry powder, as throughout the Tamil regions of India and Sri Lanka there is no real such thing as Madras curry.
 
Add this delicious blend to coconut milk curries with seafood, crabs, chicken or whatever! It really is one of the most versatile curry powders we carry.
