Whole-flower hibiscus, or known as Jamaica in Oaxaca, has a range of culinary uses, from chilled tea to savory recipes like quesadillas. Each flower is hand picked and sun dried in order to maintain the ingredient’s quality, resulting in a deep citrus flavor and stunning purple color.
