Guajillo Chile

One of Mexico's most quintessential flavours and widely used in every Mexican kitchen. Alongside the ancho chile, the guajillo chile is the cornerstone of traditional Mexican cuisine. Guajillo's Chile's are used in stocks, pastes, salsas, moles and  often ground to a powder just to be added to almost everything. 
 
Our Guajillo's are very special and provide a robust flavour that can often be hard to find in this popular chile!
