The Coffee Republic - Cocora

This Papayo Ombilgon variety comes from Finca El Eucalipto, located near the town of San Adolfo Huila, Colombia. Despite this area experiencing frequent violence & corruption farmers like Edilson Portilla continue to grow their crops. His coffee continues to be a great example of high quality, terroir-driven & minimal intervention coffee.
