Cloves are one of the most important spices in North Indian cuisine and used in many blends like Garam Masala, Cameroon, Chinese Five Spice and many more. Cloves are very pungent and strong and must be balanced well to ensure they don’t overpower your dish.  Using them whole you will get a much different flavor which is often preferred in India when cooking curries or rice dishes. Our cloves are some of the strongest we have ever seen, meaning their quality will last for years!
