Saigon Cassia Cinnamon


This is the strongest and most robust of the cinnamons. Its high oil content makes the bark very spicy, and it is preferred throughout Asia. Grown mostly in Vietnam and Southern China it is also found on the Island of Sumatra in Indonesia. Cassia is the Cinnamon that is used in Chinese Five Spice to give it the Spicy flavor!
