Chipotle Chili (Whole & Ground)

Chipotle Chilies are fully ripened smoked Jalapeno Chilies. Technically Morita Chilies are Chipotle, but we separated them from the Brown Chipotle as it is much more common and is usually associated as the Chipotle Chili. The Brown Chipotle is less spicy than the Morita and many would say a bit smokier tasting. Ground up you can add Chipotle into any of your BBQ and Mexican dishes. Its flavor is celebrated amongst BBQ connoisseurs as one of the most rich and delicious of the Chilies!
