Cameroon Spice is one for the Cinnamon lovers out there. Coming from the West African nation of Cameroon it was used primarily to season coconut rice. Being brought to North America it was relabeled as “Pumpkin Pie Spice”.

Our Cameroon Spice is a blend of the three kinds of Cinnamon you find on the earth, Korintje, Cassia and Ceylon. There is also a subtle blend of Cloves, Cardamom and a few other sweet spices making this one a great substitute wherever you use generic Cinnamon.

When we cook with Cameroon, we still love to use it traditionally in coconut rice, but we also can recommend it in smoothies, coffee, baking and any recipe cooking for the sweet’s lover!


Ingredients: Cinnamon (Korintje, Cassia, Ceylon), Cloves, Mace, Allspice, Rose Petal, Cardamon
