Black Garlic Salt
Black garlic is a fermented garlic that has a caramelized umami flavor. Aging this garlic takes around 60 days and is a complex process to balance the intense flavors correctly. The taste is similar to sweet tamarind with hints of balsamic vinegar. Our black garlic is aged in Spain before it is dried and blended into a Spanish sea salt. Try this on red meats, fries, potatoes, or salads.
