Avocado Leaves

Avocado leaves are used in many dishes across central Mexico, but the most common uses are for beans, moles, soups & stews. Adding toasted avocado leaves to your Mexican dishes provide a dynamic herbal flavor. This leaf is a member of the same family as bay leaves and cinnamon leaves so they can be used in similar ways. These leaves are harvested by hand  sun dried in coastal regions of Oaxaca, Mexico.
