Jamaican Allspice - Pimento

The berry from the Pimento Bush grown primarily in Jamaica is known as Allspice. Used commonly in North America as a baking spice, Allspice has a unique flavor that has hints of Cinnamon, Cloves and Nutmeg in it. 
 
All spice is a key ingredient for Jamaican Jerk and found in many Mexican Mole’s as well. Our All Spice is a mix of Jamaican and Mexican, both of which provide outstanding quality due to the warm growing conditions.
