Our friend Hans from Maas BBQ came up with the idea of cold smoking garlic for hours and we are sure happy he did. This is the most addictive granulated garlic we have ever had! its incredibly versatile and can be used in pasta sauces, roast vegtables, BBQ, spice mixtures, rubs on meat and so much more.
