Sichuan Chili


Grown in the misty hills of Sichuan province in China, These Sichuan chilies also known as Tianjin Chili are the perfect blend of flavour and heat. This chili is first toasted lightly in oil and then coarsely ground to increase its delicous flavour.


Sichuan Chili is our staff favourite pick for a chili topper. Try adding on top of almost any prepared dish, adding into soups, marinades or salads. It can honestly be used anywhere!
