Sarawak White Pepper

On the remote island of Borneo, you will find dense rainforests, orangutans, tattooed headhunting tribesmen and of course peppercorns! The Iban Tribe of the Skrang Region have been cultivating Pepper for countless generations. They are carefully handpicked before being dried outside of the jungle longhouses.
 
While visiting every morning I would join the elderly in the morning chores of raking the pepper, this process allows the pepper to dry into some of the finest pepper found on this planet!
