Green Peppercorns are freeze dried immediately after being harvested to encapsulate the natural flavors of freshly picked pepper. Our Madagascar grown Green Pepper is from a Grade A rated pepper farm in Northern Madagascar and makes for a perfect ingredient in French steak sauce.
