From Naxos to Thera, Crete, Paros, and Many more of the islands across the Aegean Sea we found a plethora of organic, vibrant, and delicious spices. This blend was shown to us by the locals on the island of Naxos, an island famed for its cuisine. This blend of herbs and Mizithra cheese is perfect as a meat marinade, tzatziki spice, Greek salad spice or to use as a dipping spice mixed with alive oil. Our favorite is to top bread with it before baking!
