Cassia Buds

Cassia Buds provide a whole new cinnamon experience. These buds are the unopened flowers from the cassia tree. They have a mild flavor but still give the rich notes of high-quality cinnamon. Cassia buds are very popular throughout China, India, and Central Asia where you will often see them in curries or rice dishes. We have tried using them in deserts replacing regular everyday cinnamon and it gives a truly unique cinnamon experience!
