Beso Bela - Ethiopian

Beso Bela is a type of holy basil that come from Ethiopia and is an essential part to Ethiopian cuisine. It is very rare and hard to find outside of Ethiopia making this oddity a special one! It tastes like Thai holy basil, but with fruity almost berry like hints. It’s a very distinctive flavor that is hard to substitute for. Great for rubs on meat and grilling or adding to your Ethiopian Niter Kibbeh or Berbere spices!
