Avocado Leaves

Avocado leaves are used in many dishes across central Mexico, but the most common uses are for beans, moles, soups & stews. Adding toasted avocado leaves to your Mexican dishes provide a dynamic herbal flavor. This leaf is a member of the same family as bay leaves and cinnamon leaves so they can be used in similar ways. These leaves are harvested by hand & sun dried in coastal regions of Oaxaca, Mexico.
