Chile de Arbol is one of the most versatile Mexican chiles available. It is very similar to Cayenne adding heat to your dish without changing the overall flavour of it. Chile Arbol is great to add into soups, stocks, salsas, chutneys, and many types of curry dishes. In Mexico it is commonly used on Rojo Salsa and Pico de Galo!
