Wild Smoked Mushroom
This mix of Morel, Porcini, Lobster, Chanterelle, Gaspe and Hedgehog are all hand picked in the wilds of remote Northern Quebec. After Harvest they are smoked with a blend of woods that are local to the land. Cook with broths, sauces, risotto, and soups for a delicious smoke flavour, you will never be able to live without it anymore. 30g of dried mushrooms amounts to about 300g of freshly picked mushrooms.
