Oaxaca Mexican Chocolate
This is the classic Mexican hot chocolate recipe that abuela used to make. In the markets of Oaxaca, you will find vendors making this delicious hot chocolate drink using this spice mix. Our Mexican Chocolate Spice is also used on traditional Oaxacan Moles! Along with Oaxacan chilies of course.
To make Mexican Hot Chocolate add half a disk of our Mexican Chocolate Spice with 2 ½ cups of milk. Mix suing a traditional Mexican Molinillo on medium heat until its hot and frothy!
Ingredients: Oaxaca Cacao Beans, Almonds, Cane Sugar, Ceylon Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Salt, Vanilla
