Kashmiri Chai

Thisgreen tea ifrom Kashmir s a lighter thantraditional chai. It’s inspired by the "Kashmiri Pink Tea" the spiced tea of India’s Kashmir region, which often use a green tea base and lots of cardamom pods.  For an authentic touch, try brewing it with sugar and ground pistachios, if you want the "pink affect" add baking soda to the milk!
