Italian Island Lemon Salt

This has to be one of the freshest and most versatile salts we sell. Combining fresh lemons from Italy we infuse Maldon sea salt and dry it in the sun just as it is done on the Italian Islands. We first tried this amazing salt in the island of Sardinia in Italy. Amazing on fish or salads, but we put it on pretty much everything.
