To be called Ceremonial Cacao, the chocolate must be 100% native Criolla Cacao Beans and unaltered as much as possible. Being only lightly toasted and then ground slowly into a thick paste, this is 100% Cacao, with all its natural butter and minerals. Our Cacao is sustainably harvested from small families throughout South America ensuring that not only the product is good, but that the farmers producing it are compensated fairly.
To make Ceremonial Cacao simply pour hot water or milk over it and whisk it in a bowl until frothy. This bag is enough for 6-8 servings. Then drink this amazing and healthy product for a completely natural energy boost! This Cacao can also be used as replacement for baking chocolate.
