Black Cardamom - Bhutan

In the remote hills of Bhutan’s Himalaya’s, you will find this super smoky and earthy spice. The first time you smell Black Cardamom most are shocked as it shares no similarities to Green Cardamom. It is very common to see recipes from Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, and Nepal asking for this unique spice. It is slightly more expensive compared to Green Cardamom, but this is because of its rarity, but luckily a little goes a long way when it comes to Black Cardamom.
